Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the optical design of holographic optical waveguides;

2. Responsible for the pre-research work of holographic optical waveguides;

3. Responsible for writing technical documents related to optical design.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in optics, optoelectronic engineering, optical engineering, or physics-related fields, with a PhD degree;

2. Familiar with the principles of geometrical optics and wave optics (preferred);

3. Have experience in optical design, proficiency in using one or multiple optical design software, and possess certain programming skills;

4. Familiar with grating theory and the design principles of holography (diffraction, optical waveguide); and have design experience in volume holographic gratings or surface relief gratings (SRG);

5. Possess strong autonomy and learning ability, and be capable of independently completing optical design work;

6. Strong practical ability.
